Shipping :

We at Akaya offer free shipping in India for all orders above Rs 1499/- For orders below Rs.1499, the shipping charges are Rs 99/- All orders usually get shipped within 5-7 working days. 

Exceptions:

For orders containing furniture / cushions /wall arts / home decor or custom products must expect a delivery between 12-15 days as these are made to order pieces.

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

Shipping Internationally

Please check with your country's customs and duties as they may be applicable for payment at the time of delivery as per the rules governing your location at the time.

 

Returns

If you have received a damaged product, we’re here to help. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacement

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Unfortunately we do not refund items once sold, but will send you a fresh piece of your purchase pending investigation towards the damage. Our policy only covers damage to the actual product and not to the external packaging. 

Drop us a mail at connect.akaya@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 15 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect.akaya@gmail.com . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Cancellation

Please mail us at connect.akaya@gmail.com for cancellation requests if your order has not been shipped yet. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery. Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests. If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing center, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honored.
